For a Wedding customer, EventPlanO is a one-stop-shop for all the event needs – find the perfect venue, an excellent photographer, a quintessential makeup artist, and so on. For a Wedding Vendor, EventPlanO is a right platform to promote their business online and to get quality business leads.
How can I register on EventPlanO?
In order to register on EventPlanO, fill up the Vendor Registration Form available on the Vendor SignIn page. In the next step, fill all your business details and ‘Send for Approval’. Our team will verify the details entered by you or you can get help from us by chat/call in case of any concern. Once verified, your profile would be approved within 24 hours and you would start getting customer enquiries on your mobile app and email.

How does EventPlanO work?
Wedding customers who are looking for the services that you offer, can check relevant details, photos and videos of your previous works, customer ratings and reviews from your profile. Customers will directly contact you or send you their specific requirements. Customers can also submit their requirement to EventPlanO which will be placed in the Requirement Pool. The ‘Featured Vendors’ on EventPlanO can access the Requirement Pool on their EP Vendor App or Online Vendor Portal and accept a requirement based on their capacity and availability.
Do you have Vendors all over Kerala?
EventPlanO has vendors from all 14 districts of Kerala. We also have Wedding Planners in Kerala and Catering Services in Kochi, Thrissur, Trivandrum, etc. who cater to weddings all over India.
How does the approval process at EventPlanO work?
Wedding customers come to EventPlanO to choose vendors who they can trust, EventPlanO is committed to ensuring that, after you fill up your business details and ‘SEND FOR APPROVAL’, we check the veracity of the information provided by you. In case of discrepancy or non availability of information, we would ask you to provide more information. After that, your profile will be approved.
How much should I pay for my online profile?
Listing of business is completely free on EventPlanO. However we have few premium plans to facilitate more features on your business profile. The details can be viewed once your registration is confirmed.
In which all categories can I create my EventPlanO profile?
Currently, you can create a profile in one or more categories out of the following: Wedding Venue,Photographer/Videographer, Makeup Artist, Catering Service, Wedding Stage Decorator, Event Management Company, Mehndi Artist, Boutique, Invitation Card, Live performer, Wedding cars and buses.
I already have enough business. Why should I go online on EventPlanO?
